Appointment of the new Head of Sales

At its meeting on May 14, 2013, the Board of Directors of Tornos Holding SA appointed Mr. Bruno Allemand as the future Head of Sales and member of General Management of the Tornos Group. He will join Tornos after concluding his professional obligations with his present employer.

Mr. Allemand spent all his professional life in sales and marketing, where he gained profound knowledge of the machine tool industry. Over the last thirteen years with GF AgieCharmilles, he held various management positions, including several years as managing director of sales companies on international level. Before that, he was Managing Director at Mikron Sales Ltd., Nidau. Mr. Allemand, born 1965, is a Swiss citizen. He completed an executive education for SME at the University of St. Gallen.
